Monthly Bookkeeping
Accurately record transactions (expense, deposits, loans and equity transactions) Reconciling accounts.
Monthly financial reports, 1 to 2 loans (principal and interest)

Twice a month phone call or email to answer any questions
Tier 2
Monthly Bookkeeping

3 to 5 bank accounts or credit cards connected to QuickBooks
Up to 200 transactions
Weekly phone call or email to answer any questions
Tier 3

5 or more bank accounts or credit cards connected to QuickBooks
More than 200 transactions

Add On Services
Cleanup – clean and catch up your books from prior year to date this includes the chart of account
Accounts receivable – enter all invoices and send statements to your venders
Accounts payable – enter all your bills owed to your venders and issue checks
New company set up- set up your company in QuickBooks to best service your bookkeeping needs.
